  Came here to review this as soon as I've seen the buildings in game. They are amazing, you will not regret. KingLeno is one of the best asset creators for this game and he really made a masterpiece here. This pack is so good (even better if you are building an American City), that its up there with the most essential DLC.

  Just buy it already :P. Kingleno makes this game playable for me and allows me to make cities that look just like where I live. Thank you!. Please add a district style for university city that can be enabled in the content manager. I want to create a district with this beautiful buildings without using a mod.. Not bad, but you know what, i am giving it a thumbs down, to add this and yet not to give us a District for it?? such lazy Devs, not the content maker fault though.. Downloaded this mod and it does not work at all. I have the theme manager mod by boformer and that works. I do not see any of the assets from University City anywhere though. They do not show up in Content Manager or in-game when I use the theme manager mod. What am I missing???. These assets are really, really good. This pack is a great addition to any city, American-style or not. You've got bookstores, bank kiosks, Not-a-Gamestops. They add a nice flair to commercial sprawls. As for the houses, I haven't noticed them, which is a good thing when it comes to houses, frankly. Any house that isn't a level 1 pink & blue monstrosity is a good house.. The buildings look great and this is definetely worth a buy if you have some spare cash lying around but i would have loved if just like with european suburbia they would have made a district style for it but there's mod for that. Great value. $5.69 CDN \/ 68 asset = 8 cent per asset!!!
